Tuna Melt

It might be the lightest item on the menu. It might be the quickest dish to go from order to your table. There is no question that the tuna melt, and the side of pasta salad that comes with it, is a great choice. My pescatarian friends swear by it. While it still left me a little hungry, I was impressed by the flavor. It wasn’t a greasy, mayo-drenched mess like you might expect when you order a tuna melt. Instead, this open-faced sandwich keeps it light and simple, with tuna salad and swiss cheese nestled atop a perfectly toasted slice of wheat.
